How does billing work?
Tool subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly — yearly plans save up to 17%. You get full access from the date of purchase, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Both give you the same features. Yearly billing saves you money — $49/yr on Pro and $79/yr on Elite compared to monthly billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time via the customer portal in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy page for details.
Are the calculators really free forever?
Yes — Masaniello and Prop Firm calculators are 100% free for everyone, no signup required. The Pro/Elite plans only unlock more AI Chart Analysis features.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime via Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
