1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ai Nora Trading ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Ai Nora Trading provides educational trading content, interactive chart exercises, AI-powered chart analysis, and trading-related calculator tools. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI-generated chart analysis is for educational purposes only — always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making trading decisions.

4. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
  • All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • You can cancel anytime via the customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to market manipulation or insider trading.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or harassing content.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates the rights of any party.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content (lessons, code, designs, branding) is owned by Ai Nora Trading or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Charts you upload remain your property; you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the AI analysis feature.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai Nora Trading is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses you incur. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Ai Nora Trading is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
